Unmanually is a 24/7 AI executive assistant for owners of small and medium businesses, built first for the trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, roofing, cleaning and more), where the owner is on a job site, not at a desk. Every call becomes a booked job, a quote or an invoice. It answers on the business's own number and books on the live call, calls back missed calls within minutes, sends quotes and invoices through Stripe, QuickBooks or Xero, chases payments, orders parts from suppliers (even on their websites), and handles email, texts and the calendar. The owner talks to one AI Coordinator, hands-free from the truck, and gets a spoken daily briefing. It asks before anything that matters goes out, and outgoing messages wait in an undo window.
