I would be nice to be able to customize the emails a littlebit more. And showing more of the description on the landing page - but I know that they are currently on improvements for this page. We really like the reactions, where the participants can use emojis to react to the presented content. And of course, the ease of use, it takes me 30 seconds to create a new "ready-to-invite" webinar. The platform lacks the possisbly to share controls of uploaded presentations, but i understand thats in their roadmap (?), either way, thats not a dealbreaker. Setting up and hosting webinars with Univid is easy and quick, even for those who haven't worked with webinars before. Their customer service is extremely helpful and prompt in addressing any questions or problems you may encounter, whether during the setup phase or even during your live webinars. As we frequently host more extensive webinars, ensuring everything runs smoothly is crucial, and Univid consistently delivers on that front. Additionally, their integration with Hubspot is running smoothly and has saved us a lot of webinar admin time. It gives a personal touch and a better experience for the attendee. Love the interactions, launching a poll is easy and fun. Nice design & easy to use overall. You can adjust the size ratio between the speaker and the presentation live and that is a really nice feature. Their customer service is awesome - really helpful and friendly. We had a great experience Univid, and a huge part of that is because of how the team at Univid onboarded the whole team who would be using the platform. We ran a small webinar series and were very happy with how it went. It was very simple for different members of our team and for our external speakers to work on the platform. We especially liked how customizable the platform is. The team were incredibly flexible with our set up and offered us a great deal for how we would use it. One thing we would like to see developed is the option for attendees to be promoted to speakers in some way, instead of having to join as a separate admin.
