I like the layout of the website and that it can be integrated with HR softwares! **What do you dislike about Universal Background Screening?** Universal Background Screening sometimes can take too long to get a background check complete. There have been times where I've had to wait 2 weeks to get a background check complete. When hiring, this can be frustrating for us the employer and the candidate. It holds up the process and sometimes creates unnecessary delays. There have been times where I've placed a rush on an order, and it has still taken several more days to get completed.
