"UBS makes background checks very convenient" 5/5 What do you like best about Universal Background Screening? I liked how convenient everything was. UBS was integrated into our applicant system, so when offering a position and getting them set up for education/work history background check, it was literally about 5 clicks of the mouth rather than having to enter a lot of information. Sometimes it seemed like they could have tried a little more often, and it was sometimes tough to get in touch with someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Universal Background Screening: I would recommend having a conversation with them to see if they are able to integrate their services into your applicant tracking system. We switched from a different company to UBS. They were both to do the same thing, but UBS saved us money and made it an easier process to get the checks started. Their turn around time is great and if they are running behind or are going to be later than your deadline they let you know with enough notice.
