UBS was integrated into our applicant system, so when offering a position and getting them set up for education/work history background check, it was literally about 5 clicks of the mouth rather than having to enter a lot of information. **What do you dislike about Universal Background Screening?** The only issues were when they were unable to reach certain employers to verify employment. Sometimes it seemed like they could have tried a little more often, and it was sometimes tough to get in touch with someone. **Recommendations to others considering Universal Background Screening:** I would recommend having a conversation with them to see if they are able to integrate their services into your applicant tracking system. If that can be done, it makes everything so simple and streamlined. **What problems is Universal Background Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched from a different company to UBS. They were both to do the same thing, but UBS saved us money and made it an easier process to get the checks started. ### 2. Their customer service is great **What do you dislike about Universal Background Screening?** It seems like they are constantly raising their prices. I'm not sure if this is due to the prices the different states/cities are charging but they have gone up exponentially since we first took them on. **Recommendations to others considering Universal Background Screening:** It's a great product with an even better team behind it **What problems is Universal Background Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?** Universal Background provides that right amount of background checking without going too far or charging too much.
