What do you like best about Universal Background Screening?

What do you dislike about Universal Background Screening?

I’ve encountered some challenges with customer service, as it has been difficult to get timely assistance with issues. Additionally, the website could benefit from improvements in user experience. One area that stands out is the turnaround time for background checks, which can take up to three weeks for multiple candidates. It would be greatly appreciated if there were more transparency regarding these delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
