UnityTrip is workforce aviation logistics software — corporate travel and expense management for organisations that run their own transport: leased aircraft, chartered vessels, buses, and guesthouses alongside commercial carriers. It is built for FIFO, energy and resources, and field operations, where the seat has no fare and policy, not price, has to ration demand. One booking, one PNR, one policy layer across the whole rotation. A deterministic policy engine enforces the priority matrix, quotas, booking windows, and penalty points; go-show automation refills a freed seat minutes before departure; and budget approval runs in the booking flow — for business bookings, no payment executes without an approved claim number. Outcomes: policy-governed allocation lifts leased-fleet seat utilisation from a ~40% industry average to around 90%, cuts no-shows by roughly half, and brings the bulk of rotational logistics under one governed workflow. Onboarding is configuration, not a migration project — measured in weeks. What you get: a white-labelled travel hub (bookings, schedules, expense claims, and approvals, roles-based on any device); integrations including bidirectional SAP (RFC), Amadeus GDS and NDC with Thomalex content, Elina PMS accommodation, Chevin FleetWave, and Stripe, Paystack, and Interswitch payments; and duty of care as one live record of who is travelling, where, and why, across every mode. Deterministic on purpose: UnityTrip's doctrine is frontier AI at build time, determinism at run time. AI amplifies the consultancy that designs and configures your policy; the engine that decides bookings is deterministic, auditable, and explainable. No AI guesses at booking time. UnityTrip is event-sourced and natively distributed on Azure Cosmos DB, designed to absorb surges of 10 to 1000 times normal activity, with per-identity observability and isolated tenants provisioned as code. It is a transactable offer on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace: purchases bill through your existing Microsoft agreement and can count against a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).
