**What do you like best about UNITS Automotive DMS?**

I like fact that it is designed for all sizes of enterprises whether small, medium or large. It has great features like the CRM and inventory which are good for tracking automotive deakerships. It also gives detailed reports on its single screen system.

**What do you dislike about UNITS Automotive DMS?**

It needs some addition to the cutstomization part of it.

**What problems is UNITS Automotive DMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to avoid errors in business since it incorporates financials, services, sales and customer contacts among other things. It has really helped us in managing dealer operations thus boosting our profits high.
