New base images on machine hard crash/reboot. Also, it does new base images on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We are using Unitrend provided on prem backp and restore solution using their appliance and is working great. The backup encryption, quick restore and dashboard features are very easy to use. The installtion and configuration required Unitrend support help. We do daliy, weekly and monthly backups for all our systems. First and foremost, Unitrends offers an extensive range of backup and recovery options, allowing me to protect all of our organization's data, from critical applications and files to virtual machines and even physical servers. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to set up and manage backups, as well as perform granular recoveries when needed. One of the things that sets Unitrends apart from other backup solutions is its ability to perform instant recovery of individual files or entire systems. This feature has saved us countless hours in the past when we experienced hardware failures or accidental file deletions. The irritation of no confidence back ups and little consistancncy in off site copies, waiting months for things to come online, or just the down right slowness we experience. Right now I cannot say they are helping in much as we expected, the differeing of infomaiton from tech to tech is really odd. The guides we are sent are not the same information we receive from tech on best practice. we have to backup client/server multiple times to get a decent result.
