UniTrace.sa is the first uptime and infrastructure monitoring platform built and hosted entirely in Saudi Arabia. It checks your services from Riyadh, and from inside your own network with UniProbe, and tells your team the moment something stops answering. What it monitors: - Websites and REST APIs (HTTP/HTTPS), with keyword rules (must contain / must not contain) - Servers and hosts (Ping) - TCP ports (SSH, SMTP, databases, custom services) - DNS records - SSL certificate expiry (warning at 30 days, critical at 7) - Page changes - Internet circuits such as DIA lines - Internal systems through UniProbe, a probe deployed inside your network Alerting: - SMS, Email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams and Webhook, plus ServiceNow on Enterprise - Checks as often as every 15 seconds on Enterprise (30 seconds on Pro, 60 on Starter) - SMS numbers are verified by one-time code before alerts are sent to them Built for Saudi teams: - Subscriber content is stored on infrastructure inside the Kingdom - Fully bilingual Arabic and English interface, alerts and reports - Billing in SAR by card, Apple Pay or STC Pay - Right to erasure and full data export are implemented Also included: - Public status pages (Pro and Enterprise) - Team accounts with role-based access - Two-factor authentication and an activity log - iOS app - A free public Looking Glass from Riyadh: ping, traceroute, mtr, dns and http Plans (SAR per month, billed monthly): - Free: 5 monitors, 5-minute checks, email alerts - Starter (29): 10 monitors, 60-second checks, Email, SMS, Telegram, Slack and Discord - Pro (99): 50 monitors, 30-second checks, all 7 alert channels, 1 status page, 5 team members - Enterprise (199): 200 monitors, checks as often as every 15 seconds, ServiceNow, 1 UniProbe included, 5 status pages, 15 team members, 99.9% uptime SLA target Annual billing saves 20% (SAR 23, 79 and 159 per month).
