I like being able to add charges and send invoices through Unit Connect. **What do you dislike about UnitConnect?** I wish there were more options on the tenant set-up. Sometimes tenants have a business address, mailing address, billing contact, and property contact. **What problems is UnitConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all our retail property tenant account in one system is helpful for rent management. What is most helpful for our team is the ability for multiple people to log in and view info that is up to date all in one site. ### 2. Tenant billing and lease administration is very good. Good user interface and very friendly user interface. Expense tracking and vendor management is nice. We can track all vendor information in no time. Very well we can manage our property and grow business **What do you dislike about UnitConnect?** User interface of budgeting and reporting is not proper. It is very clumsy. It should have bigger fonts. The website sometime take long time to load.
