It's a very simple design. For people to need to do travel expenses and check their payroll sheets, this is a really great product. It doesn't have pages and pages of information that gets confusing. The only thing I didn't like about this when I started using it was how hard it was to find copies of your pay stubs. You have to click on the little paperclip, which is hidden in the corner. That paperclip not only allows you to upload attachments, but also view attachments that other people, like HR, put in your account. It took me forever to figure that out. The system is easy to use, especially when you have done it a few times and know what is needed to complete an invoice. The homepage is clear. I like that public rates are included and that the system calculates correctly. It's also nice that I can go back and see what has previously been submitted for all employees (because I am a superuser). It's also easy to send a message via email when an invoice is submitted and when it needs to be sent back to the employee. Overall, there is a lot of good with this program! In the version we have now, it is a lot of work for me as the accounting manager to check all the vouchers; there is a lot of clicking for each voucher that needs to be displayed. I understand it will be better in the next version. When I need to approve invoices as the financial manager, I create a search for which ones I need to approve now.
