What I like best about Unit4 ERP is how user-focused and people-centric it is compared to traditional ERP systems. It’s designed to adapt to organisations rather than forcing organisations to adapt to the system. I also appreciate its intuitive interface, strong automation capabilities, and how it supports real-time reporting, which helps teams work more efficiently and make better decisions. One aspect I find challenging with Unit4 ERP is that, like many powerful systems, there can be a learning curve for new users. Some features and workflows aren’t immediately intuitive without proper training, especially for users who are new to ERP systems. I also think certain customisations or updates can take time to fully integrate into existing processes.
