Uniportal's AI agents live in your PSA, integrate with your tech stack, and resolve L1 and L2 helpdesk tickets within minutes. Technicians chat with the agent and approve each step before anything runs, and every change is logged for a full audit trail. Skills are runbooks written in plain English, so MSPs describe a process once and it runs the same way every time on real APIs. Uniportal works with ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, NinjaOne, Level, Addigy, Datto RMM, IT Glue, Hudu, Pax8 and Egnyte. Built for managed service providers.
