It is sometimes a bit inconvenient having an extra layer of security. The complexity of the messaging system is another aspect of inconveniency. There is room for improvement in the desktop applications user experience. **What do you dislike about Unipile?** Unipile falls short when it comes to compatibility with file types such as Microsoft Word documents or image files. Setting up messaging is also difficult, especially when connecting to a network. It is better in helping users stay on track with their tasks. **What problems is Unipile solving and how is that benefiting you?** This increases the issue of disorganization by providing a useless tool. It obstructs our business by complicating our processes and decrease efficiency. To handle and retrieve our files and documents degrade the way we work. It wastes the time and energy invested enabling us to prioritize aspects of our business. It decreases our productivity and overall achievements. ### 2. It occasionally causes inconveniences I see it as an aspect because it fosters trust. The user experience of the desktop application needs to be improved. I have encountered many issues with it and I find it highly inconvenient not to have all my messaging needs, in one place. **What do you dislike about Unipile?** There is room for improvement in the UI I genuinely dislike all the features that this app provides. Throughout my usage of Unipile, I faced many problems and occasional complaints related to missing.NET libs. I often feel frustrated by the support for file types in the Unipiles messaging system. **What problems is Unipile solving and how is that benefiting you?** It becomes quite inconvenient when I send or receive files like Microsoft Word documents or image files. Setting up the messaging system proves to be difficult at times especially when attempting to connect to a network.
