Customer support is excellent. Implementation was straight forward and easy to understand. The Unimarket team worked efficiently to assist us with integration points within our finance systems. This provided better insight for our approvers in gaining budget information at time of approval. This has assisted our university with approval flows and ordering processes. It has allow us to better track orders, receive goods, and process invoices. This ensures a more timely payment to our suppliers, which allows us more negotiating power.
