The tools are easy to use for the most part. The company is constantly improving its product, and the account management is stellar. Shout out to Jillian, Jonathan and Brandon! There are simple asks, like being able to sort Collateral Programs by moving blocks up and down versus having to hit an arrow button over and over for collateral placement within the program, that for whatever reason, isn't prioritized. From creating customized templates to uploading contacts, implementation is easy. The tools available to create content are simple but effective. I would like the reporting tools to be improved, allowing more filters. I would also like to have a tool to validate the mail server and thus improve the ratio of emails that reach the spam mailbox.
