I love the flexibility to create processes for all the business operations. These processes can ensure proper informaiton is provided and tracked. The processes can also be linked with other processes to make refrencing easier. I use it daily to track progess and communicate important needs. All necessary conversations can happen in one location and reduce the need to manage multiple email threads. Creating new processes is easy and Unifize support is always quick to help if I get stuck. Unifize brought our company into the modern age. We now use it for everything, and add new processes constantly. We have found that it is user friendly, easy to learn, capable of adapting to our needs, and has the best support team in the industry. Unifize enabled us to move past using e-mails, Excel spreadsheets, and manual paperwork as a way of managing all of the major functions of a ISO and GMP compliant QMS - CAPA's, Change Controls, Quality Control of incoming raw materials and finished goods, and so on. Being able to centralize all of these ongoing conversations and the quality process in one place helped empower all participants in updating documentation consistently while drastically reducing in-person meetings, effectively greasing the wheels for the QMS to function much more efficiently. Prepping for both internal and external audits became significantly easier to prep for as all of these processes were linked together and customized based on the needs of our industry.

It's also been a pleasure working with a responsive and compentent onboarding team especially when working to integrate more processes from our QMS into Unifize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is more of a general risk with all SaaS apps, but quality managers will need to be comfortable with managing their QA processes through the cloud - this opens up the risk of your quality operations grinding to a halt if you don't have solid internet infrastructure in place. Real time conversations relative to a specific event that supports accountability. Very easy to use. Has the look and feel of a social media platform which supports ease of implementation.
