Unifize has revolutionized Quality Assurance (QA) at Adaptive Health by providing a highly cutomizable platform that aligns seamlessly with our specific processes, including finished good releases and finished product specfications. The centralized system simplfies processes such as tracking dispositions and expired inventory ensuring greater visibility and control. Enhanced collaboration between our QA team and manufactuing arm has significantly improved efficiency, while the task creation feature keeps workflows organized with automated reminders--eliminating the need for external notes and streamlining overall operations. What do you dislike about Unifize?

Like any platform occassional technical glitches can occur, and system response may slow dow when multiple users access the same date simultaneously. While a quick refresh usually resolves the issue, it can temporarily disrupt workflow. However, these instances are infrequent and the highly responsive technical support team promptly addresses any concerns, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience. What do you like best about Unifize?

How versatile and applicable it is when it comes to my team's daily needs. It allows us to consolidate all the necessary information needed to release products to our customers, to easily find and connect a variety of information (e.g., packaging information, bulk & raw material information, test results, etc.) in an easily accessible way that provides highly useful tracking history and commentary as well. Very little - my only issues are that occasionally small bugs such as lag-time when a page is loading cause delays in my process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unifize: The Game Changing Future of Process Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Unifize?

Prior to Unifize, our eQMS was nothing short of a burden—rigid, expensive, and riddled with inefficiencies. Our previous system wasn’t just cumbersome; we were constantly resorting to "workarounds" just to complete basic tasks, which slowed down operations and created frustrations across teams.

Unifize completely transformed how we manage our processes, offering seamless integration with our existing systems and bringing remarkable improvements to areas that once felt unmanageable. For example, getting various departments across multiple sites to adhere to the document control process used to be an uphill battle. Now, those same teams—who once found the process frustrating—are performing it with minimal assistance, even on their first attempts. This ease of use has significantly improved personnel acceptance, and the automated triggers within the system ensure processes are followed consistently. As we onboard more processes, the number of users logging in daily continues to rise.

In addition to ease of integration and implementation, we’ve experienced a significant boost in data visibility and analysis. Before Unifize, we had to manually export, recode, and merge data from various spreadsheets to chart trends on product performance. Now, we can easily track trends over time for an entire product line or drill down into individual products, sites, components, or suppliers. The system’s ability to "call in" data automatically and in real time has been a game-changer, saving us hours of manual work.

Unifize has become more than just a replacement for our old eQMS. It’s evolving into a comprehensive organizational system. Its ease of collaboration across departments and external stakeholders, combined with nearly limitless flexibility for customizing processes and data management, makes it indispensable.

We’ve been on the Unifize journey for about a year, and I can’t say enough good things about the Unifize team. They’re not just responsive and supportive; they share our drive for continuous improvement, turning our system into an all-encompassing solution that evolves with our business needs.Collaborating with the Unifize team as we continue to integrate new processes is a pleasure.

In short - SharePoint-based and standalone systems like CRM, FSM, and eQMS now feel outdated in comparison. Unifize isn’t just a solution—it’s the future of process management. With its cost savings, improved productivity, and enhanced flexibility, it’s a no-brainer. The future IS here. The future IS Unifize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

While there are many things to like about Unifize, no system is without its minor areas for improvement. One of the things I appreciate most is that they are very open to suggestions and continuously work on enhancing the platform. For instance, I’ve suggested adding the ability to trend against ages, which would be useful for certain analyses, and they’ve been receptive to this idea. I also appreciate the multiple charting and comparison options they currently offer, which allow for comprehensive data insights.

If there’s one improvement that could take Unifize to the next level, it would be developing project scheduling capabilities, including Gantt charting, especially for GAMP5 requirements. This would allow for even more streamlined project management, integrating scheduling into their already robust system.

We’ve encountered occasional slowdowns with the system, but I have to give credit where it’s due: the Unifize team is always quick to address these issues and implement real solutions. Unlike other software providers that typically offer costly "workarounds" without resolving the core problem, Unifize focuses on implementing actual fixes within the software. Their commitment to continuous improvement is a big reason why I trust the platform.

Having worked with several QMS and eQMS systems in the past, none have been capable of the same outputs as Unifize without requiring additional application integrations (such as PowerBI for charting). The fact that Unifize manages to deliver such comprehensive functionality within a single platform is a huge advantage.

In short, while there are a few features that could enhance the system further, the overall experience with Unifize remains excellent. Their openness to feedback and dedication to refining the software make them stand out from the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unifize helped streamline our QMS!"

What do you like best about Unifize?

I love how the customization options in the process builder allow me to fine tune the software to my specific needs, and the after sales support has been phenomenal. The team has been extremely helpful throughout the implementation process. The SharePoint integration is pretty neat too. The software is fairly intuitive so it doesn't take long for me to train new users within our organization. I was able to grant an auditor read only access during an audit as well and he picked it right up. We use Unifize every day to manage our calibration program, corrective actions, audit schedule, management of change, and much more. We plan on using it for all of our training, document control, and other QMS processes in the near future as well. Unifize has been one of our best moves yet in terms of managing our QMS. We've even used it for some non-QMS related processes too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

No dark mode (I'm a dark mode maxi) and no process view in the mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer"

What do you like best about Unifize?

What I love most about Unifize is that it’s far from your typical out-of-the-box quality management system. The platform is fully customizable to suit the unique needs of your organization, down to the smallest detail. There's no need to adjust your existing quality processes—Unifize adapts to your workflow, ensuring a solution that's truly tailored to your business.

The ease of implementation was a standout feature for us. The Unifize team went above and beyond, seamlessly migrating all of our existing data into the system and holding weekly meetings to fine-tune the platform to our specific needs before we even went live. From day one, we had a fully functioning system tailored to our operations.

Unifize’s customer support is simply unmatched. They respond quickly to any issues, and even faster to developing solutions or configuring new processes as needs arise. Hands down, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Lastly, the system itself is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It’s not just limited to quality management—it integrates seamlessly across the entire organization, allowing for full visibility into every aspect of production from start to finish. The platform brings the transparency we strive for in our operations, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

My main challenge with Unifize is the lack of version control for its build processes. This can sometimes result in data becoming hidden or harder to access for older documents that were created under the original configuration. Version control would ensure that all data remains easily accessible, even as changes are made over time.

Another pain point is related to our growth with the system. As one of the first customers, we've had the opportunity to see a lot of our feedback incorporated into Unifize’s design, which is great. However, when new improvements are introduced, it can be tedious to go back and adjust existing configurations to take full advantage of the latest features. "Unifize has streamlined our QMS."

What do you like best about Unifize?

Using the process builder to update and change processes on the fly is extremely helpful. Being able to track and link documents together so you don't have to manually keep track or hunt documents down took a lot off of the quality and compliance plates. The developers maintain contact throughtout the implementation and after implementation to ensure things are running smoothly, they are helpful and have answered any questions we've had in less than 24 hours, if we had a request to change something it was done within 24 hours. If you need a process that is outside the scope of a QMS you can build it yourself or work with the developers in getting it built. Overall this is an excellent piece of software and has really got things moving with our QMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unifize?

The only downside I've seen with Unifize is there is no dark mode. Other than that Unifize is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
