Like any other software, there are some bugs, and they can be troublesome for our workflow and when we’re troubleshooting. That said, having direct access to the devs and the support team is reassuring, especially when it comes to understanding what needs to be done and getting a solution in place.

The cost factor is one of the biggest selling points, and the fact that licensing isn’t based on endpoints is very helpful from the perspective of a fast-growing, expanding company.

What I like most about Securden Privileged Account Manager is its centralized approach to privileged access management. The ability to securely vault credentials, enforce role-based and just-in-time access, automate password rotation, and monitor/record privileged sessions provides strong control and accountability. I also find the secure RDP/SSH access without exposing passwords particularly useful for day-to-day infrastructure administration.

I greatly appreciate the simple setup of Securden Privileged Account Manager (PAM), which has allowed us to get started quickly and efficiently. The system does exactly what it needs to.  The team behind it is stellar and has been very responsive in expanding the API to cover a number of custom scripting points.

**What do you dislike about Unified PAM?**

At times it can be difficult to fit workflows that are less username/password in our corporate domain and more  like ways to manage shared keys/secrets/licenses/escalation codes etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Unified PAM:**

Run a pilot - WAY easier than competing products in the market to implement.  The team is  a joy to work with - doesn't require the hiring of extensive experts or consultants.

**What problems is Unified PAM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We converted from Thycotic Secret Server.  Our ability to get fixes and changes has really made the difference for us.  The vision of having a personal and work vault within the same product is a game changer for us.

I got answers for every question, during trial and afterwards. Support was fast and efficient. PAM got our own passwords safe and gave us a single, centralized way to manage customers' passwords and remote access through a single interface. Price tag is very good as well.

Up to now, there's nothing we came across that couldn't be solved in a timely manner.
