UNIFEE is restaurant management software for independent restaurants and small groups. Information entered once is used everywhere. Everything starts with the supplier invoice. Photographed or imported, it is broken down line by line — products, quantities, prices, VAT. UNIFEE then tracks price changes product by product, flags increases that were never announced, and handles credit notes. That same data feeds your recipes: the food cost of every dish is recalculated whenever a purchase price moves, so you know what each plate costs and what it earns without re-entering anything. The HACCP module runs daily food safety — temperature logs, traceability, cleaning schedules, goods-in checks — and the inspection file builds itself as you go, instead of the night before an audit. The HR module covers scheduling, leave, clock-in and payroll cost tracking. Built for venues with no back-office staff: time saved on data entry first, visible margins second.
