Same issues have been recurring for a long time and not resolved by customer service team. Putting blame on other parties like channels/delivery partners and asking you to go and speak to them to resolve your issue. **Recommendations to others considering Unicommerce:** There are multiple problems they have at the moment, stay away if you can. **What problems is Unicommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not many benefits have been realized but we wanted to be able to process orders from multiple marketplaces on one single platform. **Official Response from Richard Samuel:** > It's been a long time you've reviewed us with low ratings here.
