What I like best about Unicommerce is how effortlessly it brings all sales channels, inventory, warehouses, and logistics together into one clean, unified system. Instead of juggling multiple dashboards, spreadsheets, or manual updates, everything syncs automatically — orders, stock levels, returns, shipments, and even invoices. This saves a huge amount of time, reduces human errors, and gives complete real-time visibility into operations. What do you dislike about Unicommerce? While Unicommerce is powerful, the main downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are many menus, settings, and configuration options, so the learning curve can be steep. Some advanced features also require manual setup or training, which might take extra time. And occasionally, customization options feel limited, meaning you have to adjust your process to match the system rather than the other way around. Unicommerce enables efficient order processing within defined TATs and provides real-time visibility of inventory across multiple warehouses. The system is generally stable and offers accurate order and tracking updates. It also centralizes the data for sales, returns, inventory, and GST-related reports. I appreciate the smooth onboarding experience and the responsiveness of the support team during the initial setup and training phase. Unicommerce also introduced new features like VMS, RECO, GRN, purchase order, gatepass, and many others. It helps us manage inventory for all marketplaces in a very smooth way and provides exact data on sale orders. The support given by the account manager is commendable. The platform provides consistent order, item, and tax details, which help automate processes and reduce manual efforts. I appreciate the API-based updates that allow near real-time tracking, enabling my team to trigger workflows like invoicing, POD processing, and return handling. The return-item structure also supports SAP credit-note automation with clearer traceability. Overall, Unicommerce has streamlined our order operations, improved turnaround time, and enabled several automation projects in inventory, logistics, and finance.
