The main issue with Unicommerce seems to be that everything takes a lot of time, especially for work done on customization queries like PO report customization and HSN implementation. I find Unicommerce especially useful for managing large-scale FMCG operations across multiple warehouses due to its real-time inventory visibility and operational control. I like its customer service and the scope for customizations. I benefit from the customized reports it offers, which help me plan resolution strategies for new challenges every day. I like that Unicommerce is integrated through API for most marketplaces, allowing us to sync our order flow every 5 minutes. This helps us process orders within the given TAT and manage our multiple warehouses efficiently. It seldomly is down, providing accurate live order status. I appreciate that all data is captured, which helps build our strategy to scale our business. The sale and return data, as well as data for filing GST returns and inventory reports to plan production, are particularly beneficial. Managing multiple portals with a single OMS helps expose inventory to all portals in real time. Additionally, the initial setup was a great experience. What do you dislike about Unicommerce? I think there should be one tool for account reconciliation which is available separately today. Multiple portals have multiple commission structures across categories, also deductions in terms of logistic charges, marketing charges need to be captured, so it should help in mapping the amount received from platforms versus various deductions done at order level to get a profitability view at SKU/order level. I really appreciate Unicommerce for its inventory sync and order sync capabilities, which are crucial for my operations. I also value the RTO data capturing feature, and I find the channel-wise report very useful. Additionally, the ability to manage stock transfer through Gatepass is a feature I find beneficial. The transaction visibility and E-commerce order processes in Unicommerce are excellent and have prompted me to switch from my previous product. The fast order syncing from marketplaces to Unicommerce with minimal lag in order status updates is great. I appreciate the smooth workflow enabled by batch processing for invoice generation and label downloads. Real-time stock updates from all channels are fantastic, and the quick access to report SKU-level data is a huge plus. Easiest integration that treat users to it API clients. Using cleint email and password in the authentication API to generate the access tokens, but have very less downtime throught the time. What do you dislike about Unicommerce? They are still using SOAP services which might create issue for newer API clients. And would be suggesting to move to better proper ERP. The main thing is for my company is the Inventory management, that is quite good handled by unicom, like no barcodes can be repeated and no shipment id generated from thier end can be repeated thought the facility, but this seems a bug for my company cause same shipment was getting repeated in different facilities resulting issues in further integrations.
