There is also an outstanding support system to help a newbie understand the ins and outs of the program. I really like the drag and drop editor!! **What do you dislike about Ungapped?** I think the poll/survey feature could use some work. It doesn't offer as many dynamic options as some of the other marketing apps I have used. **Recommendations to others considering Ungapped:** Use the support! They are super helpful. They have several articles giving tips to go along with their templates. READ THEM! They will teach you how to purposefully title your e-mails and give you tips about your "call-to-actions". It could be a serious business changer. **What problems is Ungapped solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ungapped has been a huge time saver for outreach and event organization. ### 2. their customer service team is quite fast and efficient in solving any problems **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Vera K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2020 **What do you like best about Ungapped?** Ungapped Pros: It has a fairly easy-to-understand interface that allows me to use the system without any inconvenience, in addition, its customer service team is quite fast and efficient when it comes to solving any type of problems that may arise. , has a large number of templates that allow me to personalize my emails in such a way that they can be more attractive to users and even improve their experience in terms of reading the information provided there, since in many cases users stop read some mail because the information has very little visual appeal and simply bores them, with Ungapped I can already say goodbye to this problem. **What do you dislike about Ungapped?** I would like you to be able to add more functions to be able to complete even more those that you currently have and thus be a much more complete and advanced system. **What problems is Ungapped solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been very useful for me to improve the visual impact of my email marketing campaigns by giving me the opportunity to improve the quality of the content presented in a quite impressive and visually attractive way for users. ### 3. The platform is very useful and friendly and it allows you to create newsletters and surveys that are appealing to the public and concise/creative. I highly recommend downloading and using it as it will certainly leave a positive mark on your every day work. **What do you dislike about Ungapped?** I think ungapped has the potential to expand to social media platform and social media content creating. Right now, ungapped is only limited to assisting with content creating on a few select platforms. expanding the scope of it its work might help ungapped became more competitive and appealing to people. Right now, the platforms that it includes do not suffice. I suggest expanding the options and tools that it offers in order to over a wider range of tasks that might be useful to clients. **Recommendations to others considering Ungapped:** Try it out! **What problems is Ungapped solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am currently using Ungapped in order to create newsletter and survey and so far it has been working really well. The software is really helpful with engaging a multitude of audience through different platforms. I was looking for a long time for a software that has a good UX experience with creating newsletter and I found Ungapped to be very helpful for that particular task. I also do some email template building. Most recently, I have started exploring the SMS marketing and building platform, which also seems to work very well. ### 4. It provides a good and easy to use templates for the newsletter. The survey forms are easy to create and also have pre-filled fields. **What do you dislike about Ungapped?** The text message feature can be slightly be improved thought its good. The text messaging tool has a lot of good features in it , however i would expect a bit more simplicity in the use of the tool. **Recommendations to others considering Ungapped:** Ungapped best feature is its CRM usability. The multiple tools it provides helps the organization to create a strong relation with its customers.
