Our main purpose for considering this software is its effectiveness in managing the recruitment process and managing asset inventory. From adding candidate to releasing appointment letter is now quick, smooth and transparent.

I like HROne's user interface because it's very user-friendly and easy to use. It reduces my dependence on HR by allowing me to handle tasks independently. Typically, HRMS can be complicated, but HROne is simple and easy to navigate. When HR is unavailable, I can manage onboarding a new joiner and upload required documents by myself.
