"Convenient HR Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

I like that HROne allows me to check my attendance, apply for leave, and download salary slips all in one app, making HR tasks simple and time-saving. It's convenient to track my in and out times without confusion, and I don't need to reach out to HR for small things since I can do it all myself in a few steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

One thing that could be improved is adding an option to see which job positions or vacancies are currently available in the company. This would be very helpful for employees who want to grow or apply internally. Also, the initial setup was not so easy but not overly hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our HR Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about HROne?

I like HROne for its zero-touch payroll and compliance automation. It handles salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, taxes), and filings automatically, with zero manual intervention, removing payroll errors and compliance anxiety during audits. I appreciate the employee and manager self-service feature; the mobile app and web portal enable employees to apply for leave, check leave balances, and more, leading to a 70% reduction in routine HR queries. The InboxforHR is a game-changer, centralizing every HR task into one simple inbox, cutting down administrative time by 60–70% and preventing tasks from falling through the cracks. The initial setup of HROne was surprisingly straightforward, much lighter than expected for a full HRMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

The mobile app covers all essential functions well, but some of the more detailed performance management and audit features are more limited on mobile compared to the web version. Power users who manage workflows on the go may find themselves switching to desktop for complex tasks. Custom notifications could be more flexible. Right now, alerts are mostly standard. Being able to tweak which actions trigger which notifications (email + push + in-app) for different roles would reduce noise and improve accountability. Search across employee records could be faster and deeper. Basic search works well, but advanced filters and saved searches for compliance audits or workforce reports would save time for HR.
