**What do you like best about HROne?**

Working at HRBridge Deutschland GmbH Berlin, we use HROne as our core centralized HR system to manage the entire employee lifecycle. Its most impressive advantage is the well-built Germany-oriented payroll and compliance functionality. The platform is pre-calibrated to follow latest German labor regulations, it accurately applies official tax classes, calculates all mandatory social security contributions and various statutory deductions, and generates fully legally compliant local payslips effortlessly. It also facilitates official tax and social authority reporting, which drastically cuts down our monthly payroll workload and minimizes manual calculation faults and compliance risks. Apart from payroll, automated onboarding, attendance tracking and employee self-service modules greatly lighten our repetitive administrative burdens. Basic employee data import and daily routine operations are intuitive and easy for our HR team to get used to.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

The platform still falls short in deep German local scenario adaptation. It does not provide preset templates for widely used local collective bargaining agreements, so we have to manually calculate and input industry-specific allowances, shift bonuses and other customized salary supplements, which creates extra workload and potential calculation errors. In addition, setting up advanced configurations such as customized local payroll rules and GDPR-based layered employee data access permissions is quite intricate. It took our HR team a lot of time and effort to finish systematic debugging and formal deployment in the initial stage.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HROne perfectly resolves our major challenges in adhering to German employment laws and standardized GDPR employee data governance. It unifies all fragmented HR workflows into one single platform, simplifies complicated local payroll settlement procedures and eases regular compliance audit pressure. Our overall HR operational efficiency has been greatly improved, and all internal personnel management processes stay fully in line with local regulatory requirements.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

I like that HROne is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, not just in the software but also in the app and on the website. It makes operations like marking attendance and requesting leave very easy. Navigating through payroll reports and workforce reports is also very straightforward, making things much easier for us, especially being in HR.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

I think the system where we get the reports from, like for the payroll reports, there's an issue. We couldn't find a total abstract report at one place. We have to take a workforce report from the employee details and the payroll report from the pre-payroll details, which is CTC summary. So, we end up downloading two reports and then merging them into one, which is a bit tedious, but that's okay. It will be okay.

HROne simplifies complex tasks like payroll management, making it less tedious compared to previous software. Its user-friendly interface eases navigation and daily HR activities such as attendance and new hire enrollment, enhancing overall efficiency.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

The best part of HROne is that it’s less costly and still provides all the features that other tools charge more for. This tool helps keep my organisation’s HR processes smooth. I’m currently using it, and one of the best things is that the team always follows trends. For example, when the India T20 World Cup was happening, they created a scorecard where you could play and get some rewards. This kind of activity makes employees feel more comfortable and motivated. Also, the recruitment portal in this tool is good.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Sometimes I face issues with third-party tool integrations. For example, Google Meet and the calendar don’t work properly at times, and some hiring portals also don’t function as expected.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

Most tasks can be automated within it. It’s easy to use, and the vendor’s support is very helpful and responsive. The product can also be customized to fit my own requirements.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

I sometimes run into performance-related issues. Exit interview feedback also can’t be downloaded as a PDF. In addition, the bonus can’t be processed directly from the settlement dashboard, which makes the workflow less convenient.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with daily attendance tracking and makes it easy to manage leave records through automation, as well as joining formalities, including employees’ information and documentation. Arrears can be auto-calculated based on attendance corrections and salary revisions. The system notifies you in advance for most tasks and for document expiry, and many tasks can also be notified via work email. You can restrict employees to marking their attendance only within a defined area through geo-fencing.

What I like most about HROne is how it blends smart HR technology with a genuine human touch. While HROne does a great job overall, one thing I don’t like is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Certain features take time to understand, and without enough guided support, the learning curve can feel quite steep. With a little more hand-holding during onboarding—clearer, simpler explanations and more proactive human assistance—the experience would feel far more reassuring and people-centric.

For me, the biggest benefit is the human touch it adds to HR operations. By automating routine work, it frees up time to focus on people rather than paperwork. **What do you like best about HROne?**

I use HROne daily for my attendance, leave, and all HR related activities. It's very user-friendly with a clean UI, which helps in everyday HR tasks by saving time and reducing manual work. I feel like it's very easy to navigate, and I can quickly apply for leave, mark attendance, and complete other tasks. It also helps me check my attendance, monitor leaves, and see new changes in the organization and new joiner details. The initial setup was straightforward and simple, and I didn't require training to use it from the first day.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Sometimes it's not updated as soon as I open it in the morning, but in 1 or 2 minutes it reloads and gets up-to-date data. It's not a big issue.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HROne for attendance, leave, and HR tasks. It helps me see attendance, monitor leaves, and learn about organizational changes and new joiners. It's user-friendly, saves time, and reduces manual work with a clean UI.

What I dislike most is that when I use the optimized attendance feature, there is an error in the dividing factor.

1. Process of new on-boarding  and sharing invite to system is quick and easy. Now with checklist available. No chance to miss any important task

2. Employee can direct upload their personal docs in profile section, no need to collect hard copy from employees now

4. Mobile mark attendance is great for employee who working from remote location

4. Calculation of comp off on weekly off working is up to the mark.

5. Salary processing has been done in simpler 3 steps without error.

1. No option to enable exit interview feedback only for voluntary resignations.

2. Not possible to generate a back dated department transfer request.

3. No pop up available which displays the retirement age is about to reach.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. HROne has ease the process of new joiners onboarding and induction process, with onboarding checklist functionality, it is very easy to define department wise work and HR head can easily track the stage of completion in just one click.

2. Live biometric punch sync available, and employee can apply short leave if required through mobile application also.

3. Proper calculation of PF and ESI was a pain area for us before, but now with the HROne automated calculation process, results are up to the mark and following Indian tax compliances properly.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

I really like how HROne helps us manage the entire payroll of the staff and overall human resource management. The auto payroll link is one of the most important features, as it has made things much easier for us, especially since it was difficult in the past. I find the geotagging and fencing features very helpful, as they allow us to take care of the attendance both offline and online. The mobile application and dashboarding are really good. The customer support was also really helpful when setting it up.

Probably the UI could be improved more. Look much more easier.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HROne for managing payroll and overall human resource tasks. The auto payroll link and geotagging make attendance tracking easier, and the mobile app with dashboarding is really handy.

The best and useful module is the timeoffice module where exactly calculation of actual paid days achieved and arrear calculation is also working fine, Relief is when biometric sync is perfectly working

Additionally, HCM makes salary disbursement process as a easy one and error less with bank Challan creation functionality supported

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

1. No option to calculate employee attendance on daily hours basis

2. No option to add arrear days in pay slip, No amount header is available

3. Most of times, HCM throws internet bandwidth error while uploading CTC sheet for employees.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Tracking employee movement for sales department was a tough one task for us but bow with functionality of HRone, employees can mark their attendance  from HROne mobile application

2. Salary process is fast, error less, as per Indian Tax compliances

3. Challans filling for PT or ESI filling becomes a quick and easy task

4. Employee can raise issues with helped ticket functionality

3. HCM allows to provide location wise data access rights to various HR spocs

1. Process of onboarding for new joiners has been smoothened now, with checklists option available. Now HR can easily manage what all tasks are covered and what are pending.

Its overall good, but it should also show last appraisal and last increment of self and team

1. Account logs out automatically after few mins of non-working.

2. Mobile application don't work properly while capturing live location.

4. Engage module limited to hardly 3 reports and minimum functionalities available.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Managing the sales employee attendance becomes easy with mobile punch facility available. Now no need to asking their reporting managers every time.

2. Sharing pay slips, letter of appreciation, transfer letters becomes systematic and can be shared directly on the portal itself, no need to sharing on emails platform now.

3. Employee can raise helpdesk tickets related to HR or finance department on the portal itself.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

The best functionality of the product is the onboarding module and time office module, With onboarding checklist it is quite systematic to manage the details for new joiners and tracking becomes easy what all tasks are pending.

Additionally, live sync of biometric punches are available where HR Head can easily track no. of employee present at particular instance of time on a day

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Most of times, application logs out automatically, I have raised the concern to support department but no resolution received. Apart from this all is going well with the product.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Onboarding checklists makes the new joiners formalities as a easy process to do where we can bifurcate the tasks based on the department wise list. Previously we had a confusing scenario where HR itself is handling the HR and IT related tasks.

2. Create and release of requirement based letters for employees like warning letter, PIP letter, Letter of Appreciation, now all can be initiated via the HRone functionality, now no need of sharing hard copies.

3. Salary processing along with exact calculation of LWF and PT slabs makes the work more convenient process.

1. Employee onboarding process met to next level of transparency where checklists functionality makes a great role in the overall process, now all transactions can be managed in digital mode, instead of manual work.

2. Sometimes employee come and ask for letters like their employment letter, salary slips for taking loan from banks, good behavior certificate, now all can be generated from HROne only and will be shared directly to employee profile.

3. For salary processing, system is providing 100% correct amount for Net pay after deduction of TDS amount.

4. HCM supports SSO login and API key management also.

5. Calculation of payable days is correct along with arrear pay.

6. Onboarding consultant is very mature and supportive during any open discussion of time office policies.

7. User interface makes the day pleasant with pleasant themes and imaginary logos available on festival days.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

1. During transfer request, new RM will also have right to accept the employee as team mate or not, this functionality is not available.

2. It is very difficult to map company logo in correct pixel size, no sample size has been provided.

3. From last one week, application logs out automatically after every 3-4 minutes, which is very irritating.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Onboarding module has changed the way of new recruitments with checklists functionality available. Now it is quite easy for Head Admin to track the process and its stages.

2. Capturing feedback forms from reporting manager during confirmation process is digital now, no need of any hard copy or photocopy of format required.

3. Around 10+ widgets available for capturing time office module numbers like how many employee punch today, how many on leave today and many more.

The best part about HROne is its mobile application because it is Marking attendance with geofencing is extremely smooth and accurate and also like how easy it is to access payslips and tax documents directly from the dashboard without asking HR repeatedly and that interface is clean and requires no training to understand.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Sometimes the mobile app takes a bit longer to load especially when the internet connectivity is low and Also the notification system for leave approvals can be delayed at times. I would love to see a dark mode option in the upcoming updates for better usability.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of manual attendance tracking and complex leave management processes For me it benefits by providing transparency regarding my working hours and leave balance that eliminates the need for paperwork and email chains for simple HR requests.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

We have recently moved to HRone from Hrpearls(Webtel), I find Hrone more intuitive, Streamlined & better leave management system. There is one thing good about this HrOne is Attendance regularization features much needed, because we are so lost in work sometimes we forget to mark attendances. 
Talking about leave applications, its quite easy to raise requests to our FM's

Overall i found it better than the previous one we were using.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Its just sometimes, the attendance updation takes a little more time, which keep up trembling in thoughts of applying OD's at the end of the month. I am not sure its HRone problem or our servers. Also its quite difficult to understand the interface at initial levels, because if i talk about leaves i have to take note of entry or exit time & match that time with the short or half day, that's how i gets little confused sometimes & its not just me the whole office faces this confusion.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well their are few problems its helping me solve:
 - Clear Attendance tracking & application
 - Birthday tracking of fellow colleagues
 - Hall of Fame wall for appreciations
 - Sometimes i also used its OneAI system to apply leaves, That is what i have seen first time in a HR application system
 - Since we do not use the tasks system yet, but its also a great feature i must say

Payroll automates salary processing, statutory calculations, and payslip generation. The Performance module helps structure goal setting, reviews, and appraisals. The best part of the product is recruitment module's hiring process where in a very transparent way HR head track the no. of openings vs  no. of completed tasks. Additionally, seamless salary processing to challan generation can be managed effectively.

During new releases, most of the times error comes 'low bandwidth'. We are using 5G connection in our office,  then also i am receiving the error pop up many times.

Hiring new applicants has been streamlined now with the use of recruitment module. There is clearly a rate of transparency will be seen in the interview process and sharing of offer letter.

For the payroll team, functioning is quite fast and error less during calculation of paid days, comp off generation and Overtime allowances.

I love the self-service feature for employees. It makes a huge difference in my workspace by allowing me to check payslips, submit leave, and update personal info without much trouble. It's a wonderful feature to have. I also love the automated payroll. Juggling spreadsheets was always a nightmare, but now I don't have to do that since it's centralized in one place, and I don't have to go back and forth. HROne centralizes all tasks like tracking attendance and handling employee records, which saves time and reduces errors.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

I would say that the responsiveness needs a little bit of work as switching between large reports or modules does have a delay, it's not a dealbreaker but fixing it will make the experience of using it so much better.
