Underly reads a merchant's bank statements and gives an MCA underwriter or ISO broker the file they'd otherwise build by hand. Every existing position is grouped by funder with its payment, cadence, monthly total and the deposit that funded it, so a stacked file can't hide behind short ACH descriptors. True revenue takes transfers, owner deposits, loan and advance proceeds, reversals and returned items out of gross deposits, with each exclusion listed beside its transactions. The daily balance is rebuilt for every day the statements cover, with negative days, NSF returns and average daily balance by month. Each PDF is checked for signs of editing and its balances are reconciled to the printed totals. Debt-to-revenue and an offer calculator size the new position around what's already being paid, and a business record check adds the merchant's state standing, time in business, UCC filings and court cases. Results export to Excel, CSV or a PDF summary, and paid plans include an API. Every analysis feature is on every plan, including 10 free statements with no card.
