It is very flexible in terms of its design, easy to customize to meet our needs. Failry straigh foward to learn how to use it, once the user is committed to using it. I also like the fact that we have the capabitliy to add additional customers, test methods, etc., without having to bother your technical team for small things. Your development team has been super helpful during the development and training stages. It was nice to have patient trainers to help my team get on board. It has worked well so far. Occasionaly, we ran into unknown hurdles and your techncial team was able to address right away. What problems is Uncountable Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us globalize our R&D teams and efforts, with all R&D teams and activities on the same platform. It also gives us the ability to search of the past experiment. It helps avoid reventing the wheel. We are still working to put in the experiments from the past 5 years. It's a manual process and we assigned one associate to help with this task. I also like the visualization tool and AI capabilty. We are still exploring these features. It enables us to organize all of our R&D data in one location, which helps with basic functions like searching and sorting as well as more complex functions such as building predictive models. This creates a lot of value in terms of initiating new product development projects with a more advanced starting point (due to the ease at which we can review historical data) and the ability to build strong models that help us more quickly arrive at an optimized material composition. What do you dislike about Uncountable Web Platform? Uncountable is not the most user friendly in terms of preparing charts and graphs, but I believe that they are working on this. It is also helping to assemble large data sets from many different scientists and draw conclusions, as opposed to drawing conclusions from smaller data sets from one scientist. Uncountable Web Platform comes naked. I mean there is the basic platform, and the administrators and users can modify and adapt it as their business is managed. As an example, for us, we have 3 different "versions" of the same platform to fit 3 different "Business Units". Everything was put in place from scratch. A huge journey, not completely done yet! It is the bad side of the advantage! The platform being "naked" when starting, the time and energy needed to deploy the platform is huge. The lag when working on very large experiments is probably the only drawback I can think of, but the Uncountable team has helped us come up with ways to reduce this lag dramatically. The ability to capture data electronically is going to help us in more ways than we can count. Our data was always captured in notebooks and not typically shared between colleagues so a lot of re-work was done because we just didn't know it was done before.
