The only thing I would say I dislike is the fact that their staff is constantly either moving projects or are moving positions. I had multiple project managers/account reps in the past 3-5 years, multiple developers, etc. generally it takes time for the new people taking over your account to understand where the project is, get familiarized with the processes, really grab a hold of the project and there is always a big learning curve. A couple of times I was suggested a project/integration that we already had and paid for because the account rep didn't know what we have already tried etc in the past.
