Unbound Local Pages have complex search history management, which gets difficult over a long period. Their search Algorithms are composed so that all the history is present together, and segregation is a bit of work to do. What do you like best about Unbound by Bridgeline?

The best portion of the platform is the inline content updated and html inserts to keep you out of the backend code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unbound by Bridgeline?

With the prod, stage and dev accounts all looking identical it is VERY easy to make changes in the wrong environment and then have to redo your work repeatedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Long Time Customer"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Unbound by Bridgeline?

I have been a Bridgeline client for a long time. The iApps product is pretty easy to use, and very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unbound by Bridgeline?

The only thing I would say I dislike is the fact that their staff is constantly either moving projects or are moving positions. I had multiple project managers/account reps in the past 3-5 years, multiple developers, etc. generally it takes time for the new people taking over your account to understand where the project is, get familiarized with the processes, really grab a hold of the project and there is always a big learning curve. A couple of times I was suggested a project/integration that we already had and paid for because the account rep didn't know what we have already tried etc in the past. "Very little control over your own website"
1/5
What do you like best about Unbound by Bridgeline?

There are features meant to make things easier, and it is relatively easy to navigate. Seems like a plug and play system, which would probably be a good start for a novice. Once you get to more advanced features, iApps can fall short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unbound by Bridgeline?

I really don't like how little control you have. Things as simple as inserting a custom code needs to be implemented by them. It would be nice to have more ability to change things myself vs. having to contact someone to change them for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
