They have a range of templates you can use or copy parts of, or you can start again and design one from scratch. We also use a PPC agency who has done some custom work for us so they look amazing. It's easy to set up and edit goals - allows a/b testing and its a must have!! No coding is required to create a beautiful landing page. It is just a simple drag and drop to add text boxes, photos, buttons, and more. Also when I add a video to the page, the video always has an error of some kind. Either the video is weirdly stretched or does not play at all. I also don't like how one simple change you make to the desktop version, it changes it on the mobile version. In the end, either one of them looks weird. I wish Unbounce could change that. You sent an additional ticket through at 4:12 AM, on December 22, 2018, during our limited holiday hours where we were not able to offer live support. However, we responded within approximately two hours at 6:22 AM on December 22, 2018 to your email ticket, and throughout this conversation, our longest delay was 27 hours, 45 minutes between 10:47 PM on December 24, 2018 and 2:32 AM on December 26, 2018 during our Christmas Day closure. We’re always happy to do our very best to help and average a four hour response time for support tickets. Something that seems very unnecessary, and can end up consuming a lot of time and really frustrate even the most careful designer **Recommendations to others considering Unbounce Landing Pages:** Be prepared to love it and be frustrated all at once. Definitely designed for a creative mind over an analytical mind so have whoever has the best eye for conversions and designs running it as no coding is required.
