Their implementation team was responsive and communicative. **What do you dislike about Unblu?** It's an immature product and we had to work closely with them to build out its integrations with our other systems. Like any other true cobrowse it's technically complex to implement. Having good integrations with CRM or other engagement systems would be a big plus. **What problems is Unblu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cobrowse; screen sharing and live chat for support and implementation team functions.
