Scalable Recruiting Software **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2018 **What do you like best about Unatrix?** I like that Unatrix creates a profile for each applicant with their info and qualifications, which can be used to create lists of the most qualified candidates to send to hiring managers for review. This saves some time in the process. **What do you dislike about Unatrix?** This software doesn't offer functionality for assessments, on-boarding, posting directly to job boards, or reference checking. All of these things would have been helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Unatrix:** Research your options and do a free trial prior to a full implementation. Decide what features your company needs/wants and compare this with other systems available. Unatrix is fairly scalable and may be a good solution for a smaller company that is growing. **What problems is Unatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides good functionality for job description creation, resume search/parsing, interview tracking and other basic hiring things, as well as internal Human Resources management. ## Unatrix Discussions -
