Unapprove is a web app for Xero users who need to undo approvals in bulk. It sends approved sales invoices and bills back to draft (keeping the same invoice number where you choose), voids many documents at once, including paid ones whose payments it removes first, writes off small leftover balances, and downloads every invoice, bill and credit-note attachment as dated ZIP files. Every job starts with a free preview and only runs after you type a confirmation; line items, tax, tracking and attachments are carried across to the new draft, and both documents get a note pointing at each other. Built for bookkeepers and finance teams fixing bad imports, duplicates and year-end clean-ups. Independent app by Atesen Software, not affiliated with Xero.
