I appreciate the flexibility Unanet offers. We handle our invoicing through the platform, and it also manages our timekeeping. The timekeeping data is then sent to our payroll company. Unanet integrates with several of our other software applications, such as BambooHR. The support team at Unanet is outstanding—they respond quickly with answers or offer to schedule an online session to guide me through any issues. There really isn’t much to dislike about Unanet. However, when it comes to Unanet support, I do wish they could meet with me on the same day I have a question. I like how we are able to look at specific projects and see what we are spending on each one. On our old software it was all under one account and not separated by project. We are also able to manage time better in this new system. The product is also user friendly and has a great Experience Center in case you have any questions. I find Unanet GovCon very easy to use, which is a major plus for me. Everything being in one place is incredibly convenient, and the approval process is straightforward. It's really helpful for audits because employees can enter their time and expenses easily, and managers can approve time, expenses, vendor invoices, and customer invoices. There are too many reports which is hard to know what figure out what you need. There are things in one report that you need in another report. I know you could create a new report but using analytics is also very hard to learn. Also some of the reports you can download to excel and other you cannot not. Not sure why.
