What do you like best about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

It's been great that Unanet has invested additional resources with their support team and been listening to users who want enhancements to certain areas for years. The examples of the important updates are an improved user interface and a new mobile app geared towards Business Development users are great investments.

Another great component of Unanet CRM that others like Salesforce is that it collects historical project data. It's very useful for all types of people in our company. From a receptionist to our C-Suite Executives, this module includes important information that is requested often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

It does take awhile for enhancements to get implemented. However Unanet has a lot planned for this year to make the CRM better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unanet CRM by Cosential solving and how is that benefiting you?

We rely heavily on the CRM at our Construction company. It contains a lot of historical data as well as our prospects and opportunities. We generate our monthly sales throughout each year with the CRM as well. Our company has been using Cosential for over ten years, and it's an excellent resource for the entire company. "Unanet CRM - Great for AEC firms"

What do you like best about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

The biggest upside in my mind is the tailored approach for AEC firms. As a construction company, our procurement process differs greatly from other industries and unanet is designed to closely follow that workflow. It's very customizable so we can use it to direct our workflows throughout the customer lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

The biggest drawback to Unanet CRM sometimes is the mass of data available and it can be difficult to quickly put together reporting elements due to the number of available fields to sort through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

The simple outlook integration makes it so easy for my busy technical professionals to log their activities and keep track of our latest touchpoints with key clients. As a firm that primarily works as a sub-contractor, Unanet has given us excellent solutions to track our teaming partnerships on projects without overloading our pipeline with duplicate entries. The ease of use and integration into products we use daily made user adoption so much easier, with staff knowing they could do everything they needed right from Outlook. What do you dislike about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

There are some fields that are not relevant to our business that I would like to be able to turn off to simplify the system, particularly in the projects area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unanet CRM by Cosential solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assigning actions from business-developed meetings that relate to specific pursuits. We have greater accountability when we can assign tasks directly in the system and have a record and a single source of truth about who said they would do something and how it got done.
