What do you like best about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

The user support has been incredible. Regional User Groups, the Unanet University... I am still learning but I feel very supported and like there are a lot of resources out there, and an open willingness to partner on any challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unanet CRM by Cosential?

It seems like there are a few areas that could use some improvement. My company specifically has been talking about the mass upload of Opportunities (not yet available but coming), increasing the custom fields for Projects. We've encountered a few glitches like the Personnel connector overwriting data... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
