The potential to project based on our pipeline, the relatively easy user interface and the connections it has to Microsoft. The CRM software has come a long way since we first started to use it which is great but we are definitely behind in keeping up with the changes. The class yesterday was super helpful. Not super intuitive and there are a lot of options without a lot of definition. Hard to keep standardization and the data consistent. Entry into Publisher is very manual at this point. Would love to be able to upload from PDFs now that the module seems to be more useful than it was previously.
