I use Unanet CRM by Cosential for BD and marketing, and I find it to be a powerful tool. It really builds collaboration and insights into our sales processes. I appreciate how it works with various features like opportunities, companies, projects, forms, and workflows. I really enjoy being able to keep all of our data in one program. I also appreciate its ability to generate graphs from that data, and the flexibility to run different reports depending on what I need, without having to create an entirely new report each time. Keeping all aspects of a project lifecycle in one program makes it easier for different departments to access the same overall data. They are helpful for running multi-factor searches, like finding superintendents with athletic experience and over 5 years of experience. This feature is really useful for us. It was supposed to be fully integrated but it’s far from it. Most of the data doesn't flow automatically to ERP, which is disappointing. Also, the setup process was not easy. It's very clunky. Easier to update/edit information and details on projects. This can take a few extra click vs. something more streamlined. It would also be nice to have CRM Cosential connect with other internal software such as Foundation or ProCore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Unanet CRM helps to solve communication between internal and external personnel, it helps to keep track of information, and it helps to remind and show estimating stats to everyone. It is also a very good tool to keep contacts or past clients in one location. Lastly, the user interface is easy to understand, edit and share with the team. I also like the way I can pull data out for personal and other team members - I also can see company wide info/details.
