There are so many elements of Unanet CRM that I could touch on, but the easiest way to describe our use of the tool is unifying. We have never been more in sync or more current with our opportunities, our pursuits and our strategic thinking. Everyone from Unanet to the consultants we use to support our operations, help to create efficiency and strategic value. 2026: We continue to be supported and impressed by Unanet CRM. There is very little I dislike about Unanet, but if I were to call out an item or two, it would be the lack of integration on the Account Planning and Opportunity Planning elements. The tools have so much potential, but lack the integration and reporting capabilities we are longing for. I would like to reiterate that the Account Planning feature within Unanet continues to be weak, and I feel unsupported by any development of this key element of business development and marketing. Completely changed our forecasting abilities and all around organization around pursuits/opportunities. Our team is fully integrated and communicating. Our opportunities are at the forefront of our business and when we meet weekly to review them, we are engaged, collaborating and on top of our workload. 2026: Unanet has become the go-to solution for our account management and forecasting.
