Unanet AE ERP is a good system to use in the accounting sector. Using this software I have built out processes of tracking the profit of projects, easier to generate AR statements, and automated invoices has been a good added touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Unanet AE ERP is really good, it's not perfect. There are a lot of pro's the only cons for me would be it's not 100% user friendly. Some tasks are unnecessarily more time consuming to complete than they should be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to manage projects, time, finances, and more all in one convenient place. One bonus part is that it talks to the CRM. Our staff uses it every day. I would love to be able to pick a copy to next week button. Have the date encompass the next week. Not having to literally type Payroll week end blah blah. Also the payroll should be able to copy ahead and change the date to the next week. My payroll for the state i can just copy ahead. It should be easy. While feature-rich, the user interface is not very intuitive, especially for new users or occasional users. Certain workflows, like adjusting project setup or correcting time entries, feel cumbersome and buried under several layers of navigation. The learning curve can be steep, and onboarding requires significant training. Customer support is responsive but sometimes slow to resolve more technical or configuration issues. Can be slow and wish it had capabilities to auto mark associated invoices with SJ as ready to be paid.

The AP Automation if open for more than an hour or sometimes randomly will pop up errors and will be forced to close the window and reopen the AP Automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unanet is very user friendly. It has a clear and organized set of modules. These modules are easy to navigate thru when completeing required accounting tasks.
