This software is the most customizable of all the ERP softwares. It has the most potetntial and has had the best trend in new features. It is very easy to make modifications to all aspects of the software with global settings. We often have things which we need the help of Unanet Support and they are great about responding. There is a limitiation of what can be customized in the web version vs the desktop version. Implementation can be a bit tedious for larger firms, especially multicompany. There is no way to customize permissions for multi company firms. Integration with 3rd party softwares is also quite combersome and labor intensive; seems pretty finnicky and require a lot of upkeep.
