The back-end codebase feels archaic, and it limits administrators from achieving a solid level of usability or making meaningful modifications. What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP? Unanet struggles to anticipate the needs of the end users. I frequently submit feedback to Unanet about why newly launched functionality does not meet our needs in Accounting and Finance. Customer support frequently is unable to resolve issues raised in a timely manner. When Unanet's AP automation features are not meeting our expectations, we don't have an alternative to consider because Unanet doesn't interface to Bill.com or the big fintech companies who are automating Accounting. Unanet has a variety of ways to use it, including web access, desktop application, and a mobile app. The modern UI is simple, clean, and easy to use, which is a priority with a user based experience. Unanet was very easy to switch to from my previous software, and I use it pretty much every day. Considering how little time I've spent with Unanet at this point, this should be taken lightly, but the only downside I've experienced so far is that I cannot create my own timesheets, my HR team has to do that for me, but that's mostly a personal issue. It's now been so long since implementation and doing it the "basic" way that as we try to bring in more complexity, it's a challenge of changing processes for the team.
