I don't feel there are any particular drawbacks, but if I had to mention one, it would be the lack of a mention feature. Our challenge was how to enhance the cohesion of the organization and maintain and improve a sense of unity as the organizational scale expanded in proportion to business growth. By utilizing UMU as a platform for instilling our corporate philosophy, we were able to effectively implement initiatives to promote this philosophy and successfully achieve the KPIs in our corporate philosophy survey. I have been using UMU for 8 years. Even in seminars with many participants, you can communicate two-way with just a smartphone and proceed with the seminar while listening to everyone's ideas.
