I believe it is the most learner-friendly service among the learning platforms available in Japan. It is designed with the learner’s environment in mind, making it easy to operate, easy to view, and easy to understand. Therefore,with the introduction of UMU, for employees who primarily use smartphones, the learning experience has been significantly improved. At UMU, we can create mechanisms that make employees want to learn. It's called a gamification element. Now, everyone is actively participating in the weekly learning sessions, and knowledge is being accumulated within the company. We love the discussion feature. It may be difficult, but I would like to have a system that allows learning even when disconnected from the internet environment. For example, all courses can be downloaded. Up until now, employees had to take tests after watching e-learning, but the idea of facing a camera (AI) and ``outputting what they learned'' is novel and seems to be very effective. is. I would like to see UMU enhance its content and manual creation functions, and I feel that the range of uses would be expanded if the AI could even play the role of the customer. I find it difficult to design a good program on my own because there are so many combinations that can be done, so I would be happy if there was some kind of guide.
