We used several e-learning services, but none of them had the ability to design learning to the point of using AI to commit to employee outcomes like UMU does. To be honest, up until now, I had simply thought, ``Maybe I should just introduce e-Learning...'', but the sales staff at UMU Technology Japan very carefully explained to me the ``Science of Learning'' and ``The Science of Learning''. The training staff were able to deepen their understanding of the project by teaching us about ``how to design.'' The biggest solution may have been the awareness of the training staff. Since I had introduced the ELearning service, I was able to have my students provide input whenever they wanted, but I had not been able to design a study that would produce output. "There are many mechanisms for learning before and after training, as well as mechanisms for designing continuous learning. We haven't used all the functions yet, but we can do everything we want to do as a training team. My favorite features are the question function and the test function." "I'm glad that there are many functions for managing learning, but there are some parts that I don't understand because there are too many functions. AI Exercise. Since the AI evaluates and provides feedback on the learner's output, there are no differences between evaluators, and the same standards can be used for evaluation, which leads to improved operational efficiency, including on the part of the training provider. It can support learning by making the best use of the gaps in time. AI evaluates and provides feedback, so a certain evaluation standard is always guaranteed. It is possible to check the learner's implementation and proficiency over time. In addition to e-learning for input, courses can be delivered with a combination of AI exercises, confirmation quizzes, and surveys to support a large number of learners with a small number of training personnel. During onboarding guidance training, I had to take multiple courses, but the top page clearly categorized and displayed the training sessions each employee needed to complete. When viewing files stored within the system, the distinction between the page navigation buttons and the buttons to move to the next file was unclear. Improving this distinction would enhance usability. Furthermore, it would be helpful if the purpose of the points displayed when progressing through training were explained more clearly. The "My Tasks" button made it easy to immediately understand which training sessions I needed to complete and by when. As a result, even with training software that I do not use regularly, I was able to proceed with training efficiently in a short amount of time, which has been extremely helpful.
