UmlageFix documents every job of caretaking, cleaning and landscaping companies with time stamps, photos and cost type. Each task is tagged as rechargeable or non-rechargeable to tenants under the German Operating Costs Ordinance (BetrKV), so service-charge statements hold up to scrutiny. Contracts are turned into service plans by AI from a PDF, and an invoicing export collects all extra work. For property managers, LeistungsFix checks contractor invoices against the contract, free of charge. Data hosted in Frankfurt, Germany; no location tracking.
