Umbraco is an intuitive platform, with lots of great features. The customer support team is helpful and very responsive, going above and beyond to answer complex queries. I use Umbraco almost every day in my work and, with developers, have been able to implement all the features we want for our website. Sometimes because it is not an out-of-the-box product, there are idiosyncrasies in the way our site has been designed and developed (by previous developers) that can mean lengthy workarounds.
