**What do you like best about Ultraforms?**

Ultraforms is a platform that's difficult to create and implement. I faced some problems regarding setup. It's not a user friendly tool. It's unreliable and slow. Provides solutions thats not of good quality.

**What do you dislike about Ultraforms?**

It took me time to grasp all its features once I used it and it became complicated to handle. It would be better to make the user manual more intuitive and consider adding a video clip, for understanding.

**What problems is Ultraforms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software needs to benefit from providing customization options to cater to difficult barcode requirements. Customer support tends to be slow and unresponsive at times which leaves users grappling with issues on their own.
